Quotes and services

• Each project is governed by the quote, proposal, order or agreement approved by the parties.
• Scope, timing, revisions, deliverables and payments depend on the agreement for each job.
• Changes outside the approved scope may require adjustments to timing and cost.

Content and intellectual property

• Brands, designs, text, photography, systems and proprietary materials remain protected by applicable rights.
• Usage or delivery rights for work created for clients are defined in each agreement or quote.
• The client represents that they have permission to provide us with any materials, logos, text and images supplied.

Payments and cancellations

Payment terms, deposits, cancellations, refunds and additional charges are stated in the specific quote or agreement. If there is a conflict, the accepted project document controls.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Great Team is not responsible for indirect damages, losses caused by third-party services, interruptions outside our control, or misuse of deliverables.

Changes and jurisdiction

We may update these terms when necessary. Unless a specific agreement states otherwise, these terms are interpreted under the applicable laws of the Dominican Republic.
